We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our esteemed Global Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles within our ECA (Europe & Central Asia) organization. While the scope of the role covers the broader ECA region, the initial focus will be on supporting recruitment efforts in Great Britain and Poland.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and selecting high-quality candidates who align with Nutreco’s mission and values. Your work will help drive recruitment efficiency, foster diversity, and support our commitment to Feeding the Future.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full life cycle hiring process for Nutreco's business operations. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to make impactful decisions throughout the recruitment process. This entails a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including consulting with hiring managers to identify critical capabilities, devising effective staffing strategies, sourcing and pre-screening candidates, and orchestrating debrief meetings to ensure the selection of top-tier candidates.
Moreover, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will actively contribute to projects aimed at enhancing or implementing essential talent acquisition processes and tools, thereby optimizing our recruitment efforts and outcomes.

About The Role: Shaping the Future of Recruitment Excellence
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and define candidate criteria.
- Provide expert guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate evaluation techniques to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage candidates through various channels and cultivate strong relationships to build a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Enhance our reputation as an employer of choice by highlighting our culture, values, and commitment to sustainability.
- Champion a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track performance, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- Implement innovative solutions and best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and diversity in recruitment efforts.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Organizational Psychology, or HR-related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Consultant at a recruitment agency or temporary agency.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other key stakeholders from various levels.
- Proficiency in data-driven talent approaches, utilizing metrics and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other relevant languages, particularly Polish, is a plus.
- Preferred residency in the Netherlands.
