Join our IT Academy as a Content Creator for a dynamic 6-month project. In this role, you'll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to design and develop engaging training content. With guidelines already established, your role will focus on utilizing innovative tools like Synthesia, to produce captivating video content and explore other content formats to fulfill diverse training needs. This task-oriented position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. An interesting personality and a keenness to learn are essential as you will follow established guidelines to deliver effective educational materials. You will also; 

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and structure training materials and documentation effectively.
• Craft clear, engaging, and concise scripts tailored for various training formats, with a focus on video content.
• Produce, refine, and perfect training content using Synthesia and other relevant tools, ensuring the final products are accurate, clear, and engaging.
• Upload and manage finalized training content on the Workday learning platform, guaranteeing both accessibility and precision.
• Manage and adhere to content creation timelines to ensure prompt delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders actively to solicit feedback and integrate necessary revisions to enhance content quality.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with team mates to align all content with overarching training objectives and branding guidelines.

About You:

• Proven experience in content creation, instructional design, or similar roles, demonstrating the ability to craft impactful educational materials.
• A keen interest or familiarity with digital content creation platforms such as Synthesia, with a willingness to master new tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept in both written and verbal forms, to convey information clearly and engagingly.
• A creative mindset equipped with strong storytelling and scripting skills to captivate and educate diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in utilizing a variety of digital tools and applications, enhancing the content development process.
• Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and adhering to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• An independent work ethic combined with proactive problem-solving skills, ready to tackle challenges as they arise.
• A creative thinker, constantly introducing fresh ideas to elevate the learning experience and engage learners effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
