Join Our Team at Trouw Nutrition in Olds, AB! Are you ready for a hands-on career with growth opportunities? Trouw Nutrition is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Machine Operators at our state-of-the-art animal feed production facility in Olds, AB.

About The Role: Streamline business processes and drive organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and follow quality standards
Ability to follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies
Load bulk trucks; Unload and receive the ingredients; Accurately and efficiently ship products ordered by customers
Perform the tasks related to the preventive and sanitary maintenance of the plant and ensure that the quality control requirements of the ingredients are met at all times
Operate the production line

Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

Experience working in a Feed Mill or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability and availability to work rotational shifts and overtime as required
Positive work attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail. Willingness to learn
Ability to work with a team but also self-motivated to be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Expectation from the Role:

Must be able to lift 25kg; and ability to regularly bend and twist.
Occasional requirement to work at heights
Must possess a valid class 5 license
Have training and forklift driving experience (an asset).
Mandatory shift rotation
