Project & Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Maintenance Excellence
-To plan the changes and repairs necessary for optimization of productivity in complete maintenance process.
-To discuss the systemic matters as a Maintenance Excellence Team member in global platform and represent in meetings.
-To follow-up and document energy consumption and prepare projects for reduces.
Reporting
-To determine and define the scope and possibility/impossibility of the product or system
-To inspect and control the external parties
-To track, control and report the progress during the employment procedure of external staff and subcontractors
-To continuously be in counseling and auditing relation with external parties
Maintenance-Repair Plan and Follow-up
-To manage maintenance management module and reinforce using
-To prepare annual scheduled maintenance plan
Project Management
-To manage projects according to the Project Management methodology
-To follow up projects on gantt charts and keep up to date both on Benefit Tracker and Ms teams
Operational Excellence
-As of the member of the Operational Excellence team to be the key user of Benefit & tracker tool
-To keep updated the projects on Benefit & Tracker and validate the benefits.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or industrial engineering
- Preferably experienced in industrial automation systems
- Ability to monitor ongoing investment projects and contribute to new ones
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Fluent in Turkish and English (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge of fish health and fish pathology (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Preferably holds a valid B-class driving license
