What you’ll do 

The Bulk Feed Delivery Driver works under the supervision of the Production & Logistics Supervisor within feed mill operations and is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of bulk and bagged feed products to customers while supporting overall mill operations. The successful candidate must be available to work various schedules, including day, evening, and night shifts. Responsibilities include reporting to the assigned workplace at the specified time and notifying the supervisor of any lateness or absence prior to the start of the shift, assisting with feed mill operations, supporting feed mill and fleet maintenance activities such as planning and scheduling maintenance, maintaining maintenance records, and performing equipment upkeep. The individual is also responsible for maintaining all required licenses, medicals, and certifications necessary to fulfill job requirements, while carrying out any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Who we’re looking for 

The ideal candidate possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must be highly organized and capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The role requires the physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing a minimum of 50 pounds, and some tasks may involve repetitive motions. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential, including a basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and piping systems, as well as knowledge of various machines and tools, including their use, repair, and maintenance. The successful candidate demonstrates a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment toward completing assignments efficiently, must be able to pass a criminal background check, and be available to respond to on-call requirements as needed.
