What you’ll do
At Trouw Nutrition, we empower our people to Own their impact every day. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. You will plan, organize, and align maintenance and production schedules, lead daily maintenance meetings, and champion health and safety while driving continuous improvement, cost control, and operational excellence across the site.

You thrive in a hands‑on industrial environment, lead by example, and collaborate closely with operations, suppliers, and contractors. You bring strong communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a commitment to safety, quality, and people development.
You’ll also need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience leading a maintenance team
- Experience using a CMMS system (required)
- Experience in the agri‑food or animal nutrition industry (asset)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (French is an asset)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑development skills
- Knowledge of Lean and 5S principles (asset)
- Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Red Seal Millwright and/or 4th Class Power Engineering (asset)
- Ability to respond to after‑hours emergency maintenance calls
- Experience managing preventive maintenance schedules, budgets, suppliers, and contractors
