What you’ll do
As an Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with the Global TA teams, contributing to both employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition activities across Nutreco.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and career platforms.
- Assisting with content creation and coordination (copy, visuals, video, employee stories) to ensure consistency with Nutreco’s Own It employer brand.
- Helping manage and optimize early careers attraction activities, including internships and graduate opportunities.
- Supporting employee advocacy initiatives and employer branding events (online and on‑site)
- Assisting the TA team with recruitment‑related projects.
- Collaborating with colleagues across regions to help translate global employer branding strategies into local impact.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and excited to learn, you don’t need to know everything yet. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.
You’ll likely bring:
- Enrollment in a Master’s programme in Communications, Marketing, HR, Business, Psychology or a related field
- A strong interest in employer branding, recruitment and people storytelling
- Creativity and a good eye for content, with an interest in social media and digital communication
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- A hands‑on, organised approach and willingness to take ownership
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or social media platforms
