In this strategic global role, you will lead the development and deployment of our supplier quality strategy. You will define and implement procurement aligned quality standards that enhance supplier performance, ensure food and feed safety, and strengthen the reliability of our global supply base. Your expertise will directly support operational excellence and enable our businesses worldwide to deliver consistent, high quality products with confidence.

What you’ll do

• Lead the global Supplier Quality Management framework—design, deploy, and continuously elevate Nutreco’s standards, processes, and tools.
• Turn quality strategy into action by translating certification, regulatory and Nutreco requirements into scalable, digital workflows aligned with Nutreco’s core IT platforms.
• Drive global consistency by ensuring strong implementation and compliance across regions, business units, and our supplier network.
• Unlock data‑driven performance through robust KPIs, dashboards, and analytics that highlight supplier quality trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the expert voice during supplier incidents, audits, and crisis situations involving strategic partners and third‑party manufacturing.
• Champion cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, One Data, and global stakeholders to advance continuous improvement and embed best practices

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is accountable, influential, and ready to own this role. You bring structure, clarity, and credibility to complex global environments and know how to turn quality standards into practical, value adding outcomes.
You’ll also bring:

• Extensive experience in Quality Management, with a strong focus on Supplier Quality Management in global supply chains.
• Industry expertise in animal nutrition, food, or feed, supported by solid knowledge of food and feed safety regulations.
• A proven track record of leading global initiatives and influencing stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Experience with digital quality solutions, including data analytics, dashboards, AI, or hyper‑automation.
• A master’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a closely related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
