What you’ll do
You will lead complex IT projects from preparation to closure, translating business needs into clear project requirements and ensuring alignment with stakeholders across Nutreco. You will build and manage project governance, create detailed plans for scope, timing, budget and resources, and guide both internal and external teams through successful delivery. You will monitor progress, mitigate risks, manage change, and ensure transparent reporting to project owners and steering committees. Projects can span up to two years, operate globally, and involve regular international travel.
 

Who we’re looking for

• Someone with strong IT affinity who can challenge requirements and translate them into solid project plans

• A collaborative project manager experienced in coordinating diverse stakeholders and global teams

• A professional with an international mindset and willingness to travel 20–30% of the time

• Someone who thrives on change, thinks creatively, and is eager to improve processes

• A person who values sustainability and understands its importance within Nutreco’s mission
