What you'll do
Taking technical responsibility for poultry formulation, you'll implement and oversee nutritional criteria for poultry clients, ensuring personalized service while managing all formulation-related tasks. You'll collaborate with Masterlab on raw material and feed analysis, coordinate NutriOpt tools' implementation, and support client results through nutrition improvements.
Driving product development to support market demands, you'll develop products — including premixes, additives, and poultry feeds — aligned with market needs, set quality standards, prepare product specifications, and conduct field validations. You'll monitor program performance and provide support across teams.
Preparing technical documentation and presentations, you'll draft technical information proactively or upon request in collaboration with the species marketing manager. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Commercial departments to provide technical input for media presence, magazines, and symposiums, translating research and practical experience into nutrition programs.
Responsible for training commercial teams in the poultry species, you'll establish and develop training programs for both Trouw and Nanta, covering various poultry-related areas.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role — confident, credible, and influential in a technical environment. You'll need:
A bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agronomy, Biology, or a related field
5 years of experience in animal production and nutrition, with at least 3 years specifically in poultry and knowledge of formulation
Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, or databases
Willingness to travel 40% of the time within Iberia
